Meet Jordan & Fred
We’re Jordan and Fred, the husband-and-wife team that make up J&F Coastal Co! Our goal is building your dream life by making the buying and selling process easier, simpler, and more empowering.
We’re experts in a variety of Jersey Shore communities, including Long Beach Island, Manahawkin, Tuckerton, Barnegat, West Creek, and Little Egg Harbor, and can walk you through the process of finding a seaside home that is perfect for you and your family.

Our Story
Growing up, Jordan was always happiest when she was near the water. Spending time at the beach was a huge part of her childhood and she is blessed to be able to share that love with her children.
Now as a realtor, she wants to help her buyers and sellers find that same magic by finding the right home on the coast. As a mom and wife, she knows how important it is to have a house that feels like home -- a safe place for kids to grow up, for friends to gather, and for big milestones to be celebrated. What better backdrop for all these important memories than the New Jersey coast?
Fred eventually joined Jordan in her real estate venture, creating a husband-and-wife team capable of helping South Jersey families navigate all the ins and outs of the real estate market. Thus, J &F Coastal Co was born.
When they’re not helping people find their dream homes, you can find them sitting by the ocean (of course), sipping a good cup of coffee, or witnessing a game of basketball (Fred coaches, Jordan watches, and the kids play - hoops are a whole family event around here).
